LEED Sustainable Designs

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is a build criteria or certification process system developed by The United States Department of Energy and monitored by The United States Green Building Council, for both new and existing buildings, regardless of size and functionality.

Buildings that are awarded LEED-certification incorporate energy efficiency, sustainability capabilities and life-cycle cost factors to produce facilities that are more environmentally responsible and cost less to operate.

Recycle Capital has LEED – Accredited Professionals on staff, which goals are to provide clients with the knowledge and services necessary to qualify their facilities as certified LEED projects.

LEED Certified “Green Buildings”: Preserve the Environment, Earn Tax Breaks, Gain Energy Savings, Save on Operating Costs and Create Healthier Employees.
